Highland barley paper, also known as green shell paper, is the common name for cyan thin electrical insulating paperboard. It is made of wood fiber or blended with cotton fiber through a certain process. The commonly used colors of thin electrical insulating paperboard are yellow and cyan. Yellow is commonly called yellow paper, and cyan is commonly known as green paper.
Green shell paper has good mechanical strength, high electrical strength, smooth surface, and full of toughness. It is widely used as insulating material in motors, electrical appliances, instruments and other equipment, and it is also used to make 6520 polyester film composite.

green shell paper is used for electrical insulation materials on electrical appliances and motors.
